All Mountain Materials
Our All-Mountain bikes are forged using either our Monocoque fabrication process or a lighter-weight alloy blend.
Our Monocoque fabrication process can form shapes that withstand exceptionally merciless terrain. Perfectly suited for the rigors of all-out, high-speed gravity riding.
FOC AM fabrication yields a frame that’s almost as rugged as our XM blend, but in a lighter-weight package, by using smaller tube diameters and different lay-up protocols. But don’t let the weight fool you. It’s still strong enough to handle a good whipping.

Independent Drivetrain™
This suspension does its job. Period. Because it operates independently of the drivetrain, the suspension can focus solely on its intended purpose – a smoother, faster ride – without making compromises in pedaling efficiency. And because it’s an inherently simple design, it’s easy to set up, ride and maintain. Sound good? Good.

Tapered Head Tube
Our forged, tapered head tube affords the same steering response and stiffness without suffering a weight penalty.

Comments about gt Force 1.0:
I rode the Force at a dealer demo event in Utah. First time riding at a ski area and this bike was a blast. Smooth and responsive all the way down the mountain. My only regret was that I couldn't take it with me at the end of the day.

Comments about gt Force 1.0:
Wow - The GT nailed this one! Rode mid-mountain trail in Park City, UT and felt incredible after the long 3 hour ride. The handling is tight but not too abusive to the rider. The spec was perfect as is.
