My dealer doesn't have the bike I want - can I call you to get it factory-direct? Do the prices online include shipping?
Sorry, but we're not set up for customer-direct orders. Many dealers can place special-orders for models they do not currently have on their sales floor, but you'll need to speak with your dealer to find out their particular policy. The prices listed on our website are suggested retail prices, so the final cost at your local shop may be slightly lower or higher, depending on their individual operating costs.

How can I get replacement decals for my bike? I'm repainting it and I want it to look like new
Unfortunately, original frame decals and stickers for pre-bankruptcy bikes are no longer available, and all new products come clear coated from the factory, eliminating the need for replacement decal sheets.

Where can I get GT Stickers?
If you'd like some stickers for your helmet, locker, or forehead, please sent a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the address below. Please note, however, that we cannot fill requests for specific decals, specific colors, or specific models.
