Hey guys,

Been pretty slow over here for me.  I had a mate over from Australia for 2 weeks, and he just left today.  Time to get some stuff done.  I have been riding again.  Just cruising around, though.  Not getting crazy.  I go in for surgery on Friday to get the wires taken out of my elbow.  I’ll probably be off of my bike for about 10 days after that, but my arm’s going to feel a lot better without that hardware in it. 

I got to Cali next week to shoot a (Fuel TV) Daily Habit.  It’s going to be me and Ryan Biz Jordan doing it.  Should be really fun. 

Then I head back to Australia on the 8th of December to the nice summer over there.  I plan on getting super strong for next year.  No more injuries!
