Race Season Has Officially Begun

GT Factory Racing's Team Camp just wrapped in New Zealand. The riders and staff used this time to dial-in their bikes with some pre-season races.  Then, the team headed to the first stop of the Crankworx series with George Brannigan and Wyn Masters both landing on the podium in separate events. To wrap it all up, Martin Maes took every single stage win at the EWS... and GT Factory Racing won 'fastest team' honors!

Everyone got a result we can be very proud of. Martin topping it off, winning every single stage, collecting the maximum points for the first EWS! It was so good to have both our EWS and DH team together. We are all leaving Rotorua charged with good vibes and a comfortable feel on the bike heading into the season! The race was super fun! Enjoyed every one of the stages. Had one big mistake on the first stage but the next 4 stages were great and I finished 3rd on the last few stages. Solid start to the season and excited for Tassie next week! - Noga Korem

It was a great weekend for the whole team to kick off the EWS season in Rotorua. I was happy to be able to put in the top-10 ride in front of the home crowd and then Martin winning and Noga top-5 gave us team of the day! Roll on the rest of the season! - Wyn Masters
