Free shipping on all orders for bikes, apparel, parts & accessories for any order in the United States. 

*Please allow for 5-7 days of transit time as all orders are shipped via ground shipping.

*If an order is placed on Friday, please allow 2-3 days for processing.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Details

  • The bike or part must be in its original packaging to receive a 100% refund.
  •  If product is unused but protective packaging has been removed or has major damage, we will refund 75% of the order.
  • We do not accept returns on apparel.
  • Please allow for 7-10 days to process the return and issue refund.

*Protective packaging includes: foam, cardboard, zip ties, plastic axle covers, warning decals and reflectors.
