What does it mean to join GTFR?
For me being part of GTFR means that I‘ll have bigger opportunities and more time to work on technical aspects (bike and equipment). Many things like organizing transfers, cooking, searching for a place to sleep, buying or searching bike parts and a lot more falls away when I’ll be on the Team. I will have more free time through race weekends next season, I will try to use that time to work on something that could make me faster for the race (that means also doing things that make me not think too much about the race).
What are you most looking forward to in 2020?
To set up the bike as a racing machine!
Will the denim remain?
I‘ll keep my denims! And Alpinestars will finally give me a good looking pair!
What’s your cooking specialty? Will the team get to taste it this next year on the road?
The specialty of my brothers and my restaurant is called “Knödel”, a traditional tyrolian farmers dish. Of course, you will get some to taste!
Bike set up?
Currently full 29, and L frame + 3mm, the rest will be permanently modified between the training and races.
